Notice to Citizens Regarding Council Meeting Participation
If you wish to be placed on the agenda for a Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting, you must submit a request to the Town Clerk at kricard@southcongaree.org no later than Friday at 12:00 PM (noon) prior to the scheduled meeting date.
For Public Hearing Meetings, citizens may sign up with the Town Clerk at the meeting in order to speak.
Please note that all documents are in draft form until approved by Council. Ordinances become law after two approved readings by Council.
Minutes, resolutions, proclamations, and contracts are considered official after one approved reading by Council.
