South Congaree, SC (Paul Kirby) – Citizens of the Town of South Congaree came together Saturday morning to spruce up the town’s major thoroughfares to make the town look better and foster civic pride. In several hours, the small team cut grass, trimmed back ditch banks, and picked up litter discarded by careless motorists.
